Roberta Tonjes, RN, BSNOwner Roberta Tonjes is a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a strong foundation in surgical and clinical care. With over two decades of hands-on medical experience, Roberta is committed to delivering individualized, high-quality care that prioritizes patient safety, education, and outcomes. Roberta began her healthcare career as a Surgical Technologist after completing her certificate at Omaha Metropolitan Community College (1996–1998), ensuring sterile, well-coordinated surgical environments. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Methodist School of Nursing (1998–2003) and passed her RN board exam in Nebraska in 2003. Her professional background spans hospital and clinical settings, with a focus on Labor & Delivery and Reproductive Endocrinology. Roberta is skilled in conducting comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and IV therapies, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating holistic care plans. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and has pursued specialized training in IV infusion therapy and neuromodulator techniques. Roberta is a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), American IV Association (AIA), National Infusion Center Association (NICA), and the Infusion Nurse Society (INS), reflecting her ongoing commitment to excellence and advancement in patient care. With nearly 20 years of experience in IV insertion, Roberta has developed a deep respect for the precision, patience, and care the skill requires. A self-motivated healthcare professional and lifelong learner, she has always dreamed of building her own company—one grounded in both clinical excellence and client-centered care. Roberta believes wellness should be driven by what clients truly want and need. Her approach blends compassionate care with structured protocols, clear communication, and reliable charting systems to ensure every experience is safe, seamless, and satisfying. Jackie Arrick, APRN-NPMedical Director Jackie is board certified nurse practitioner licensed in both Nebraska and Iowa. She has been working in healthcare since 2009 with a diverse background in acute and primary care. Jackie’s passion has always been helping others become the best version of themselves which led her to create Elite Aesthetics by Jackie. She has a genuine love of medical aesthetics, skincare, and wellness. Her goal is to enhance the natural beauty and features of her patients and help others to love the skin they are in. |
At BloomIV, every treatment is tailored to you. Before any IV or injection, a licensed clinician performs a medical screening and documents your health history, medications, and current symptoms. All infusion plans are reviewed and authorized by a supervising medical provider, and administrations are performed by trained RNs following written standing orders and safety protocols. We prioritize medical compliance, informed consent, and ongoing monitoring to ensure safe, effective, individualized care.
